DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Very unorganized company. I was surprising my boyfriend for his 40th birthday. I bought the private ballon ride. We drive 5 hours to get here the night before to only show up the morning of our ballon experience and wait 50 min to never hear or able to do the balloon ride. We were stood up and ghosted. I paid a thousand dollars for this, which isn’t cheap. I eventually got a refund but that’s only because I had to reach out to the company (which wasn’t easy, they don’t like to answer their phone apparently). Even though I got a refund (I would have disputed with my bank had they not) they didn’t even offer to gift me another balloon ride or a discount on a future one. All around 0/10 experience and I hope they go out of business soon.

I got engaged with Serenity Balloons! Debi was such a helpful host. She told me every detail to make sure my special will go smoothly. From how to get there to how I’d propose. They are super helpful in every aspect.
One disclaimer though! Hot air balloon is weather dependent because it is not an airship (meaning no control or propellers). This means that they have to do it early in the morning (5am-8am more calm weather) with no rain or wind. So make sure to do research on when it’ll be a good time to schedule a flight.

The whole experience was simply amazing! We had such a good time. Debi made everything super smooth and comfortable and Alex was an amazing pilot. 10/10 loved it!
