We played The Heist room at Columbus Escape Games on a slow Wednesday night and had an absolute blast! I went with my best friend, and from start to finish the experience was fun, immersive, and really well done.
The puzzles were clever, creative, and challenging in the best way—nothing felt random or frustrating. Everything flowed smoothly and made us feel engaged the entire time. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design of the room and how the clues connected.
The staff was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and helpful without giving too much away. They really added to the overall experience and made us feel excited from the moment we arrived.
This was one of those escape rooms where you feel accomplished instead of overwhelmed, and it kept us talking about the puzzles even after we left. If you’re looking for a smart, entertaining escape room that’s great for friends, I can’t recommend The Heist enough. We’ll definitely be back to try Prison Break.

Came here with my brother visiting and we both enjoy escape rooms. In my opinion, this place has the most well thought out rooms and puzzles I had ever experienced. The employees were also incredibly nice.
