Newly opened and operated by a former Radio City Rockette dance captain and choreographer, New York Knicks City Dancer dance captain and choreographer, and Broadway Performer. Current professor in exercise science in the Theatre and Arts Departments at FAU in Boca Raton.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Classes are never exactly the same. We cater to the individual, keeping the mind and body stimulated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To have a home to teach Pilates in a friendly, non-intimidating and fun environment.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients happy because of their results. Our motto is: Be the change you wish to see.
