Virginia Dojo - Alexandria Martial Arts is a unique fitness studio where the focus is on practising self-defense through traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu Shidokan Karate. With over 50 years of teaching experience, the dojo's master instructor, who is a 73-year-old 9th Degree Karate Master, guides students in friendly and cooperative classes. The emphasis is on using natural body movements to improve confidence, balance, and flexibility while learning effective self-defense techniques.
