What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been a health & wellness coach for over 20 years. I hold a BS in exercise physiology and have worked in cardiac rehab, corporate adult fitness. I am attending the Adult EDU Master's program at SUNY. I have additional training in phlebotomy, EKG Technology and canine fitness training.

What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for helping others succeed utilizing a whole body-mind approach. One that honors the individual rather than punishes them with fear, intimidation or negativity. We begin by learning about you and your goals, what has worked in the past and what has not.
