I have used Vizual for a course before and was excited to see this Groupon, great website to learn! However i also saw that some people had voucher issues that required contacting customer service, but that they fixed it without issue after a few days. Well I bought it even though i was not in the mood for voucher hassles, because my first course with Vizual was that good. Voucher invalid! However they have live chat! The super friendly person (8am central time) had me email my PDF voucher to her. i assumed it would be a few days - nope!!! She asked me to hold on a minute as she contacted a Tech team member, and BOOM i was up and running in under 15 minutes! She stayed on live chat with me the whole time, I was super impressed. Top notch cust svc, and as i said, the first class i took from them was great! Super excited to now be in a second course with Vizual!
