I keep my students motivated with high positive energy along with awesome music choices.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired to created a workout /fitness class that was challenging yet so much fun that you do not realize how hard you are working. Due my to my past struggles with weight gain and my non interest of just "working out"
What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE helping others reach their goals , I love pouring positive energy into people and most of all I LOVE SEEING MY STUDENTS SWEAT!!!!!
