What You'll Get
Like a good horror movie, a good exercise regimen shocks the body out of its lethargy, which is why so many personal trainers chase their clients on treadmills while brandishing anacondas. Get in less terrified shape with today’s Groupon: for $49, you get 10 women's boot-camp classes from VO2 Max Boot Camp (a $200 value).
Tanya Bange, the ACE-certified trainer at VO2 Max Boot Camp, applies 20 years of fitness experience to push women of all fitness levels though an array of group exercises. The one-hour boot-camp sweat sessions eschew the stale air of indoor gyms for the outdoors, where fresh oxygen replenishes warrior bods and helpful sparrows swoop down to bring exercisers protein shakes. Through a full-body regimen that combines both cardio and strength training, classes of up to 30 ladies will engage cores and toughen limbs as they sweat through push-ups, free weights, kettlebell swinging, and stair-climbing drills. Tanya evaluates each camper to promote effectiveness and customize the difficulty of the workout until participants can karate kick through a refrigerator.

About VO2 Max Boot Camp
After 25 years of working in the medical and fitness industries as an ACE- and NSCA-certified trainer, Tanya Bange understands the importance of setting goals. Alongside group fitness instructor Kathy Dorney, Bange leads women of all ages and fitness levels through a rigorous boot camp designed to help clients formulate fitness goals, stick to them, and, ultimately, achieve them. Together, the duo helps clients meet goals that range from simply developing stamina to passing the arm-wrestling portion of their quarterly performance evaluation at the office. They lead full-body workouts that may involve classic pushups, bleacher sprints, and flipping a tire end over end.
Bange and Dorney also run 30-minute workout sessions for preschoolers, planting the seeds of an active lifestyle early by keeping them active in games that include the cardio-centric I’m a Super Hero! and the yoga-based Hungry Caterpillar.
