Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful when trying to make an appointment and they charge you tax at full price and demanded a large tip so I had to pay $28 on top!!!! This was not a good deal and the facial was nothing special. Don't go there if you want relaxation.

Very very bad massage... it was basically putting lotion on us. Very soft very weak. Nice people but this isn't a massage

Overall the spa is very dated and in need of repairs. You are getting a good price however not getting a spa experience with this Groupon but rather just a basic massage in what felt like a therapy room. We were taken to a room with two tables not next to eachother which is what I was expecting. One was by a counter sort of like a doctor's office with not a lot of room around it. No change room robe and slippers..just asked to undress in the room. There are no amenities in the room we could use well except for the standalone shower which was out of service. We were not even given a towel to wipe off the excess oil before getting good dressed. The room was very cold, we checked the thermostate as we were getting dressed it was set to 69!! I also thought it was sort of rudw that i was asjed to pay the tax and gratuity while i was waiting and it was calculated for me with no option to pay more or less. Seems to me they are just trying to bring good in as many customers as possible and forgot the client experience part of the deal or failed to mention in there del the this is a 'no frills' version couples massage. I would definitely not recommend this as a couples massage and will not be back at this spa ever.
