What You'll Get
Flying is a lot like having a staring contest: even with utter concentration, you’ll never be better at it than birds. Go toe-to-beak with our winged companions with today’s Groupon to Wallis Aviation. Choose between the following options:
- For $100, you get a scenic tour for two (a $200 value).
- For $100, you get one introductory flight lesson (a $210 value).<p>
At Wallis Aviation, tender-footed aeronauts take to the skies during introductory flight lessons and sightsee during scenic aerial tours. Those seeking a scenic, hands-off experience can kick back on a one-hour sightseeing jaunt. Passengers can experience panoramic views of downtown Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain, the Arkansas River, and adorably anonymous tiny people, and snack and sip on brought-along refreshments. Curious guests can sit in the co-pilot’s chair for brief turns at the controls while trying out creative call signs, such as “Camel,” “Cockroach,” or “Orville Wright.”
Spanning approximately one hour, lessons begin with a short ground-bound tutorial before pilots take to the sky for 30–40 minutes of bird mockery. Mavericks-in-training will be able to control the airplane in-flight, as well as during the takeoff and landing, with all airborne time credited in the students’ log books and shouted joyfully at passing clouds.

About Wallis Aviation
Wallis Aviation's flight instructors set beginner pilots on the path to earning their wings and teach seasoned fliers master new ways to soar through the sky. During one-on-one lessons, they guide pupils from their introductory flights all the way to certification for private and sport licenses. The instructors also help more experienced pilots earn instrument ratings and train for careers as commercial pilots and baby-delivering storks.
