WBA of Ardmore is different from other Kickboxing gyms because it teaches you proper form while incorporating strength training all in the same hour. The one hour high intensity class is instructed by a certified Amerature Boxing Coach who is constantly changing the workout to keep you interested

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Owner took over the gym from his father who has been in business for 9 years. He was an amerature boxer, kickboxer and is now a certified boxing coach for the USA Amerature Boxing Association. He knows the benefits of the arts first hand and is excited about sharing his knowledge with the public

What do you love most about your job?
Empowering others and instilling confidence in them while helping them achieve a high level of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. It is very satisfying to see people achieve their fitness goals while working hard with a smile.
