We yoga co. = yoga to people us my favorite yoga studio in Seattle!! I've been going there for years and years (since 2009). Wherever I moved I still had to come back to this place. Staffs are so friendly and really good at what they do. They will help adjusting you while you're practicing. Nice and clean studio plus you can leave your yoga mat there free of charge do you dont have to worry about.

I've gone to four classes in my first week and they've all been great. I'm learning something every time and it's improving my form much faster than following YouTube videos. The hot yoga has been a welcome challenge, and even though I'm not an advanced student I feel welcome and supported.
