Two Months of Evening & Saturday CrossFit Classes

Choose a CrossFit Classes package that focuses on strength and conditioning workouts made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, such as squatting, pushing or pulling. 

With world-class coaching and a close-knit community of friends and accountability partners, we are focused on helping our members achieve the highest level of fitness they are capable of, while focusing significantly on longevity and quality of life. 

Our workouts are constantly varied, and can be tailored to fit a wide range of fitness and experience levels, truly from an absolute beginner looking to live a healthier life, to advanced athletes looking to optimize their performance. Package includes 1 month (or 2 if that package is purchased) of evening & Saturday CrossFit classes only. Class options are Monday - Thursday 4:30 or 5:30 pm, Friday 4:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am or 9:30 am. Must reserve spot in class each day prior to attending. Package also includes one free one-on-one or small group intro session with an experienced coach to review the movements we regularly see in workouts, as well as proper weightlifting technique. No experience needed.

The trainers at West End CrossFit are committed to helping every exerciser that walks through the doors attain their highest level of fitness. This goal is different for every individual: a world-class athlete may be seeking to improve his or her max squat load, a senior citizen may be hoping to extend the amount of time they can spend on their feet, and a child might be hoping to set a new riding-time record on the family dog. Though the start and end points may be different, the workout is the same for everyone—it's just adjusted for capability. Each day brings a new lineup of movements designed to breed functional fitness, and might include elements of weightlifting, calisthenics, and gymnastics.
