Inside the impressive facility of White Tiger Taekwondo, instructors lead students of all ages and experience levels through the exercises and practices of the martial arts. Designed for kids as young as two, classes cover disciplines from contact-intensive MMA-style Hapkido to self-defense specifically for women. Besides four matted training areas, the facility includes a full gym with a weight room, a cardio center, a suspended running track, rock climbing wall, wet and dry saunas, and tanning.
