History

I started Willow Glen Creamery in 2002 in a renovated photo drive-through at the corner of Lincoln and Willow Street in a beautiful community, centrally located in San Jose. Focused on QUALITY, my belief is if you are going to be in the food business you have to serve great FOOD. After 20 years, we have earned high praise from hundreds of regular customers along with winning many awards for being the best in Silicon Valley.

Mission

Our mission is to bring the finest Midwest-style frozen desserts to California while providing local students with jobs that teach life skills, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.

How we are different

We’re a locally owned creamery serving premium ice cream made with high butterfat from independent dairies. Enjoy Dannon frozen yogurt, Disneyland’s Dole Pineapple soft serve, and authentic frozen custard from Wisconsin, all topped with fresh fruit, candies, and classic sauces.

Frozen Yogurt

• Dannon makes our frozen yogurt base with only the best and freshest ingredients. Our soft serve yogurt is 97% fat free some along with being high in calcium.
• You can count on 4 live active cultures pasteurized and made with great care. Also made with no corn syrup and is KOSHER certified. Watch out for our custom made flavors in house.

Ice Cream

• Our Ice Cream has the highest amount of butterfat. Ice cream made with 16% of butterfat is considered Super Premium. Most store-bought Ice cream is 10% to 14%. The benefit of higher butterfat is texture, or more specifically ice crystals that the butterfat smooths over and delivers great flavor from the purest ingredients. We Proudly Serve Mariannes, Treat, Chocolate Shoppe, Cascade, and Double Rainbow.

Dole

• Dole comes in 12 flavors including pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, Fruit punch, Lemon and more

• Our Milkshake are made with Super Premium Ice Cream (16% Butterfat) from the healthiest cows in Northern California and Southern Wisconsin. With or without whipped cream.
• These are tried and tested recipes created by Jeff. We clearly make the best milk shakes in the Bay Area.
