What You'll Get
A musical collective centered by JT Nero and his muse, Allison Russell, Birds of Chicago have emerged as an exciting new addition to the North American roots music scene. Their self-titled 2012 debut was deemed "a record sweet as birdsong" by the Chicago Sun-Times -- its sense of vocal harmony being hailed as "surprising and often magical." Calling themselves "vagabonds," as they've spent most of the last three years on the road, they're currently touring North America in support of their soon-to-be-released record Real Midnight, produced by the illustrious Joe Henry. Now's your chance to see them in Wilmington at World Cafe Live at The Queen.
