What You'll Get
Paula Cole, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter of hits like "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone" and "I Don't Want to Wait," takes the World Cafe Live stage in Wilmington. Described by Entertainment Weekly as "a feisty poet with a soaring voice and a funky groove," and by Rolling Stone as "an extraordinary songwriter with a gorgeous voice," Cole is currently on the voice faculty of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, and continues to record and tour, with her most recent release 2015's Seven. Seven is also the number of Grammy nods she received for her double-platinum album This Fire, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2016. Roots rocker Joshua Davis is set to open.
