What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer an essay writing course and online tutoring. Our structure guarantees each learner will understand the writing process, and will write a complete essay. This is self-paced. Each essay area is taught step-by-step in (videos) with unlimited playback on any device anytime.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a certified former English teacher for middle and high school. Students who find it hard to write, don't have enough classroom time to learn. And, to get them out to tutorials is almost nearly impossible. I desired to step into a wider platform to provide more in-depth writing help.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people succeed as writers and business owners. I feel satisfaction when they have "ah ha" moments during self discovery. It's always a pleasure to see the light bulb flick on in their creative minds.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction was, "Oh my goodness, Jacqueline! I get it now. I see it! This is so valuable. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
