Very poor response, I tried at least 10 times to schedule an appointment and I have not got any response and I have escalated to Groupon, still no resolution yet. I am eagerly waiting for the response from Groupon team to resolve this issue.

very poor customer focus by vendor. had to call multiple times for appointment. Arrived ahead of time for appointment. But called in late by more than 1/2 hour . Of the 2 appointments, completed only 1. One of the worst massage places ever.
