Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We change our workouts daily so you never get bored. We track your progress so you never have to compete against someone else. You're only trying to compete against yourself. We consistently promote health living in and out of the gym and give you the tools to ensure you hard work pays off.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gyms may be very cheap but they don't provide any personal support or accountability. Personal training does provide support but doesn't offer community and can be a little pricey. We at XYZ bootcamp want to provide both worlds for clients who want, community and support at an affordable price.

What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing clients come in who are afraid of exercise transform in to confident, capable, fitness machines. That is what motivates us every day!
