I’ve now placed four orders with JUSTYLING Personalized Gifts & Engraved Gifts (DBA Yes Bobbleheads), and every single experience has been exceptional. Most recently, I ordered a larger pillow of our dog, Liberty, who passed after 12 wonderful years with our family. The pillow they created was nothing short of outstanding. The detail, the clarity, and the overall craftsmanship were truly remarkable. It arrived much faster than expected and well within the timeline we needed.
A helpful tip for anyone ordering: give them a few weeks for production the quality and craftsmanship are absolutely worth the wait. Also, be sure to pay close attention to what the Groupon covers. Focus on the product details, not just the dollar amount.
I also want to highlight Jane T., their Customer Service Manager. Despite the time difference, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to help. She made the entire process smooth and personal, which meant a great deal to us during a difficult time.
