About Yoga on 3rd

From Yoga on 3rd's studio, students get to feast their eyes on much more than a wall or a mirror as they stretch—through the windows, the city's skyline makes itself a part of each class. Not that the studio's interior lacks its own views, with its 1920s architecture and exposed wood beams. But whatever the eyes are focusing on, instructors urge students to focus their attention more on their internal thoughts during class as they sculpt muscles and relax with an assortment of flows. The Slow Flow class, for one, unfolds at a leisurely pace, while faster Vinyasa sequences sync breath with motion. For another type of challenge, Core sessions focus on toning abs and improving posture, leaving students feeling taller without wearing the platform shoes required at other yoga studios.
