I started practicing yoga in high school after herniating a disc in my back from playing softball. It helped me strengthen my core and back so I could continue doing the things I loved and helped me manage the pain without medication. I have always wanted to help others heal with yoga, the way it helped me. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2018 at Buddhi Yoga in San Diego, California. I have over 6 years experience helping others fall in love with yoga the way I have. Yoga is a one size fits all activity! It is for everyBODY! I am now a mom of 2 and love practicing with them!
