Yogaleena Studio is a cozy, whimsically zen boutique studio in the heart of Houston, Texas. Our mission is to offer a retreat from the everyday and a practice that invigorates all of the sense. To us, yoga is more than a trendy exercise movement, it’s a lifestyle that celebrates our core values of Self-Love & Acceptance, Mindfulness, Creativity, Self-Study & Growth, and Do-Gooding. At the root of our teaching philosophy is the idea that life is messy, perfection is overrated, and yoga should meet us where we are TODAY. We teach with good humor, and passion for this beautiful yoga practice. Yogaleena offers a wide variety of classes, ranging from invigorating Flow to soul-soothing Yin and Restorative yoga. Expect music, the use of props, a non-heated room, and lots of love from our wonderful teacher tribe.
