Q&A with Denise Springer, Owner/instructor

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Eclectic playlists and evolving yoga sequences make each class unique - plus, we're fun.

Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
We think yoga provides a powerful opportunity to change and improve life, but it's also fun. We approach yoga with a sense of wonder and a sense of humor.

When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
I've been an active person always; I just feel better, internally and externally, when I'm active. Yoga is the most balanced approach to fitness I've ever experienced. It's not just about the body––it's about the mind, emotions, breath, and outlook.
