Today’s Groupon gets you three 60-minute personal training sessions at YourDay e.t.c. for just $75—71% off the $255 value. YourDay aims for a holistic approach to health—its founder lectures on achieving personal growth through health and fitness and calibrating physical and mental energy until you’re able to summon and fire energy balls from your hands.
YourDay’s personal trainers, certified by The International Sports Sciences Association and the National Federation of Personal Trainers, know how to work out and into shape; former Oakland Raiders defensive back Siddeeq Shabazz is on staff as a lifestyle coach. YourDay’s down-to-earth athletic gurus know how many reps it takes to build a muscle and how many steps on a treadmill are needed to burn off a pound. And at $25 per session, why not bench yourself into awesome body-town?
YourDay’s brand-new, modern 15,000-square-foot facility is part gym and part spa. The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art Life Fitness machines, cable pulley systems, squat racks, dumb-bells, benches, and love-testing machines. There is a large open area for exercising with bands, kettlebells, Swiss balls, verse tubing, and rollers. There’s even a “measurement room” with all of the tools necessary to track fitness progress and evaluate body build (the room can also take before-and-after pictures.)
