What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We ensure our clients are having a good time during our workouts. Our outdoor workouts are suitable for all levels and provide the client with a great workout in a lighthearted, fun, creative way.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are a team of two and have both experienced our own weight loss battles. We wanted to share our knowledge and experiences to help others reach their goals and find their own version of healthy and fit.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching clients accomplish things they thought weren't possible and sharing in their joy.
