Excellent better than first time. Tried the stress one and it has more heat. FYI weight loss is 40 mins with more heat! Have to try that! Heat feels good in the cold weather and the light has so many benefits.
Had cold towel and water available and shower and amenities as well as safe locker for keeping belonging. must visit!
