Hot and cold stone massage was heaven. Louis is so experienced he knows just how much pressure is comfortable. He helped relax my sore back and shoulder. I feel like a new person. Relaxing before and after in the lounge with my robe and slippers is the pampering that puts this visit over the top.

The spa's ambience is great ( quiet waiting area with a really comfortable seating area, cinnamon tea), robes and slippers. And of course, the fantastic treatments given by the staff!
