It is important for Groupon to ensure that our customers have an indication of what services are available at merchants and across Groupon at any point in time.

Hence we have APIs available that will call your system to update our cache of availability for all the services that we offer on our platform. We also pull information on prices for these services as well as details on merchants' staff that perform the services.

Using our different APIs, this can be done for all services regardless of merchant, and/or for specific services at specific merchants. Information like service availability, prices, staff members i.e service providers is available to our customers during the appointment booking flow to provide them with the best choices and booking experience
