What to Do if a Merchant Refuses Your Groupon Voucher

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused if the merchant has refused to accept your Groupon. If you’ve followed the Need to Know and the How to Use section of the voucher and are still having trouble, we’re here to help and will work to resolve this for you.
Just log in to your Groupon account, pick the order, and we’ll take it from there! Here's how:
Simply go to MyGroupons, find your order, and click “See Details.”
Then click on “Manage Voucher,” and we’ll guide you through the next steps!
Checked out as a guest? No worries — we’ve got you!
Head to the sign-in page.
Enter the email address you used during checkout.
Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code and enter it.
That’s it! Your purchase will be linked to a Groupon account. Now, go to My Groupons, just find your order, click “See Details,” then “Manage Voucher,” and we’ll help you from there.
