Groupon CBD Box Subscription Terms and Conditions

Overview. Groupon CBD Box Subscription is a paid membership made available by Groupon Goods, Inc. (“Groupon”) that permits customers who pay the monthly fee (see details in Paragraph 4 related to fees) to receive a CBD Box that includes a surprise mix of 3 or more CBD products (the “Groupon CBD Box Subscription”). 1.   Unless otherwise permitted, offers provided under the Groupon CBD Box Subscription cannot be stacked or used with any other offers or discounts that Groupon may provide from time to time to its customers. If a member of Groupon Select, discount will be applied to every month's box. (Select discount only available to those with an active Groupon Select membership [in good standing?] at the time payment is processed for the month’s box). Offers provided under the Groupon CBD Box Subscription can be revised or changed by Groupon at any time and each box’s product selection is at Groupon’s sole discretion. Use of the Groupon CBD Box Subscription is limited to personal use only. Please check packaging of all CBD products for ingredients.

2.   To enroll in the Groupon CBD Box Subscription, you must have a Groupon account and agree to be automatically billed each month (see cancellation rights in Paragraph 4 below). By enrolling in the Groupon CBD Box Subscription, you agree to: (i) these Groupon CBD Box Subscription Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Groupon Terms of Use found at groupon.com/legal/termsofservice; and (iii) the Groupon Privacy Statement found at groupon.com/legal/privacypolicy (collectively (i), (ii), and (iii) are the “Terms”). Groupon may terminate or restrict your use of the Groupon CBD Box Subscription, without compensation or notice if you are, or if we suspect that you are: (i) in violation of any of these Terms; or (ii) engaged in illegal or improper use of the Groupon CBD Box Subscription.

3.   The Groupon CBD Box Subscription will be automatically billed each month.. Your first CBD Box will be shipped 2-3 business days after you accept these Terms and are billed for your subscription. If you sign-up for your subscription by the 15th of the month, your second box will be shipped out and billed during the first business week of the following month. If you sign-up for your subscription after the 15th, your second box will not be shipped out and billed the following month; your second shipment will occur the subsequent month. Following your second box, you will be charged for your subscription and your CBD Box will be shipped on or around the first of every month until you cancel or the CBD Subscription Program is terminated in accordance with these Groupon CBD Box Subscription Terms and Conditions. Any limited time promotional code value will only apply to your first box. Does not ship to PO boxes/AK/HI/Puerto Rico/Canada.

4.   When you enroll in the Groupon CBD Box Subscription, you authorize Groupon to automatically charge the then-current monthly membership fee each month for the entire duration of your enrollment in the Groupon CBD Box Subscription. You agree to pay, using a valid payment method, all fees and charges, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, you have incurred through your account, including the monthly membership fees to receive the Groupon CBD Box Subscription. By accepting these terms, you are also authorizing Groupon to charge or debit any payment method (including a credit card, debit card or other electronic payment method) linked to your Groupon account, at any time, the recurring monthly membership fees and any other charges associated with your Groupon CBD Box Subscription in accordance with these terms. For the avoidance of doubt, you are authorizing Groupon to charge or debit your Groupon CBD Box Subscription fees and/or charges to any credit card, debit card or other payment method linked to your Groupon account on the date you sign up for your Groupon CBD Box Subscription or any credit card, debit card or other payment method that may be added to your Groupon account thereafter.

5.   Groupon reserves the right to adjust or change the price for the Groupon CBD Box Subscription, or to institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on groupon.com or sent to you based on contact information you provide in your Groupon account. For sake of clarity, rate changes will apply only for subsequent billing periods. If you do not wish to accept the price increase, you must cancel your membership as described in Section 9. If you do not cancel your membership as described in Section 9 before the price change takes effect, your membership will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize Groupon to charge any payment method linked to your Groupon account for these amounts.

6.   Groupon will send you a reminder about the renewal of your membership, which will contain the applicable membership fee then in effect, to the email address provided in your account before your payment method is charged.

7.   Since enrollment in the Groupon CBD Box Subscription is enrollment in an auto-renewing membership, you must update your payment method information promptly to keep your account current, complete and accurate (e.g., for changes in your credit card number, billing address or expiration date). Changes to such information can be made within your Groupon account. If your payment method is not current, complete and accurate and you do not notify us promptly when such information changes, you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and understand your membership may be suspended or terminated in Groupon’s sole discretion until your payment method is updated and any outstanding fees have been paid. In order to avoid service interruption and as a convenience to you, if you do not notify us of updates to your payment method information (e.g., updated account status, payment card number and expiration date), we may try to update your payment method information, either directly or indirectly through third party payment method updating services supported by your payment method provider, and you authorize us to continue billing your account with the updated information that we obtain. Such updater services may not be available for all credit or debit cards or other payment methods, and you should check with your card issuer or payment method provider to determine eligibility.

8.   We are not able to modify your payment or shipping information once you’ve subscribed. But you can cancel your subscription at any time and resubscribe with new payment or shipping information. If you’d like to resubscribe with different payment or shipping information, just enter that information when you repurchase the deal.

9.   You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to cancelsubscription@groupon.com. In your email, you must provide the following details: i) the email address of your Groupon account; and ii) the subscription you’d like to cancel (Groupon CBD Box Subscription). You must submit your cancellation request in accordance with this Section 9 by 11:59:59 pm at least three (3) business days before it renews to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Renewal date for all customers will be at 11:59pm on the last calendar day of the month.

10. ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

11. Groupon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Groupon CBD Box Subscription, including but not limited to any offer, at any time and for any reason. If the Groupon CBD Box Subscription is terminated, Groupon shall not be obligated to provide further products.
