Cannot be combined with any other offer. New Jersey law prohibits the transportation, sale, possession or use of fireworks in New Jersey without a valid permit. New York law prohibits the transportation, sale, possession, or use of certain fireworks in New York without a valid permit. The laws of Delaware prohibit the possession and use of fireworks without an appropriate permit. By possessing and using fireworks without proper permitting, you can be subject to arrest and prosecution. Fireworks are illegal within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Anyone who transports into, possesses, uses or sells fireworks within Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without permission from the appropriate authorities, is subject to criminal and civil penalties.

New Hampshire: Check with your local fire department to see if fireworks may be used in your community.

Wisconsin: $4 permit required to purchase consumer fireworks at the Allenton and Racine locations. $2 permit required at the Roberts location. Permits available at the showrooms.

Beloit - Wisconsin residents may only purchase Wisconsin legal items at this showroom.

Pennsylvania residents cannot purchase in PA showrooms without a valid permit. Permits are issued by an appropriate official of a city, town, borough, municipality, township or county. Acceptable officials will include: mayors, supervisors, commissioners, board chairmen, fire chiefs and fire marshals.
