Before you provide your credit card, in the upper right corner of the page, look for "Have a Gift Card? Click to Redeem."
Click “Click to Redeem” and enter the code we emailed you. Note the code is case sensitive and only valid for you and expires two weeks after it was emailed to you.
Click "Sign In" if you are not already signed in.
You'll see the code amount automatically deducted from your purchase on the receipt page.
Yes. If you are not signed in, you won't see the Groupon Bucks deducted until you see the receipt on the page after you complete the purchase. If you use the code that hasn't expired and you get to the receipt page and don't see it deducted, contact us and we'll help.
Yes. In order for you to get credit, you must make your purchase before the expiration date of your offer. It doesn’t matter from what city in the United States you purchase your Groupon. Also, your code is exclusively for the account associated with the email address where we sent the offer.
Each Groupon Buck equals a dollar when you make a Groupon purchase. So when you are awarded Groupon Bucks we will deposit them in your account.
In the “My Gifts” section drop-down under your name when you are logged in on the upper right side of the screen.
Once in your account, Groupon Bucks will automatically apply to your future purchases until they run out. Any more questions, contact [email protected].

Nope. If you make your first purchase by the expiration date, any Groupon Bucks you don’t use will stay in your account and can be applied toward a future Groupon purchase.
We want to do right by you, so if you made a purchase the day you received our special offer contact us at [email protected]. We’ll apply the code toward a future Groupon purchase (with no expiration). Please allow 1 business day (Monday-Friday) for us to adjust your account.
