Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
CTF's atmosphere is welcoming to all members. All of our members are there and ready to get their workouts started. We have a great community of members, plus our certified CTF Personal Trainers and CTF Group Fitness Class instructors keep the energy going. Our facility has a variety for everyone, including top-of-the line resistance equipment, full line of free weights, large cardio area with multiple units, CTF Group Fitness classroom, spin bike studio, full basketball and racquetball courts, spacious locker rooms and fitness sauna.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Our music at CTF is usually background, but upbeat. Most members are listening to their personal playlists. Our Group Fitness Class Instructors have playlists that fit the class in action.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
For more than 10 years. CTF is the only independently, locally owned and operated, 20,000 sq. ft. fitness facility serving Carmel and surrounding area. CTF's Certified Personal Trainers are the best in the business. They are not salespeople, they are invested in you and your programming, nutrition and progress. CTF Group Fitness Classes are also included in your membership. CTF has different membership options to serve you. From regular CTF Memberships, PRIME, Silversneakers and Corporate Memberships, our ease of use.
