During the 12-week period, women work out in group classes that focus on cardio and strength and conditioning. They then meet up at Garrison Bistro to socialize.

Cheam Leisure Centre

At Cheam Leisure Centre, all members of the family can swim, play, and learn within the large facility. Expert instructors lead children as young as preschool age through swim lessons, while safety-conscious adults learn how to ensure the pools are safe environments with lifeguard training. Similarly, guests can build strength by taking a variety of fitness classes, and should they want to turn those experiences into a career, can take instructor training classes.
