Complete Athletics

Through choice of 4 different Commit 2 Fit Classes, Complete Athletics’ instructors prepare people of all ages and fitness levels for whatever challenge befalls them. It could be anything from getting ready for team sports to getting fit for physically demanding work or a simple desire to get into shape for the health and confidence it offers. In their gym, participants sculpt their bodies through functional movements utilizing kettlebells and complemented with plyometric box jumps, ball work and cardio kickboxing. Enhancing strength, balance, and endurance through these vigorous routines allows participants to easily translate their newfound power to sports and the daily grind. For those needing a bit more of a tune-up, Complete Athletics also offers personal and small-group training, massage, and physiotherapy.
