"Decent facility, not huge, not crowded. You can get a good workout in without a lot of hassle. The were some kids classes going on, so I plan around it. Not sure this will be my primary gym, but in a pinch good place to get a work out. A good combination of free weights and machines, but for serious lifters, not really a lot of weight. "My boot camp workout was great. Trainer is really good, you can tell he knows what he is doing, also he is very kind and helpful. I didn’t have all 5 starts because there is no changing room and you have to change in restrooms, also there is no really place to keep your staff. "The water was a comfortable temperature and you float effortlessly. The only thing that bothered me was that I felt like I wasn’t getting enough air. I get like that in steam saunas too so maybe it’s just me but I almost tapped out several times because of this.
