Absolutely... I have been back in the Pittsburgh area for a little less than a year now. I saw the Groupon and decided to use it because the place I had went to prior to joining the Marines had closed. It turns out the the doctor and the staff are mostly the same as my prior establishment and they still are extremely nice and very helpful. If you are looking for an over friendly family atmosphere, I'd recommend Family Eye Care.

I wish I had known that the exam and meeting with the optician took about two hours.

It is unfathomable to me that the people at Family Eye Care could treat any customers the way I was treated, let alone new patients. I was kept waiting for over two hours, and the doctor was brusque and did not address any of my concerns. My eyes were dilated without permission, and I had to sit in the parking lot for hours until I could drive again. It was a nightmare. I would not recommend ANYONE visit Family Eye Care.
