The class was great. I love the patience they have with their students and how they instruct you and properly show you how to hit and kick. This is going to be ongoing for me now. I really loved my first experience learning a good martial art.

This was definitely a terrific introduction to self defense. The class was non stop moving and action. I enjoyed watching and my grandson loved it and cant wait for next classes
