Choose Between Two Options

Each week, Glebe Fitness offers one yoga class and around five Pilates classes. The first option also includes access to Full-Body Pump on Monday mornings.

In morning and evening boot-camp sessions, participants lift weights, toss medicine balls, and practice bodyweight-resistance exercises. Express boot-camp sessions are also available at noon on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
