The 45-minute sessions accommodate up to four people and include a nutrition program customized to each participant, plus one nutrition seminar and one fitness seminar. Classes are by reservation, with times available Monday–Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All classes must be completed with 14 days of activation.
