What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Fitness is about feeling great for me. I believe that with proper diet and exercise we can all feel amazing, achieve more, and find true balance in our lives. The confidence I learned from training myself has transcended into every aspect of my life, and I'm happier now than ever before because of it!
What do you love most about your job? What do I love the most about personal training? That's easy! It's the looks and the thanks I get when I really change someone's life. Appearance and health are of the utmost importance to most people. Knowing I helped improve and change their lives—that's what does it for me every time.
