Did a great job on my kids picture with Santa

I went last year for Santa pictures and everyone was friendly and worked well with my daughter. This year I went for Santa pictures and they were rude and tossing my daughter around never once smiled at anyone. I understand they were busy and I'm sure tired but er went early in the day and I just wanted a turn to get a good pic but when they yanked my 2year old out of my arms it scared her. If I could have been the one to set her down instead of them taking her it would have been a much better experience.

Incredibly long line for Santa and we ended up not even using the groupon....waste of time and money. We stood in line for over an hour and then we were told they were going on a break for 45 min. At that point they said we may not even make it to the end that evening. Ridiculous.
