During each 60-minute Backhealer session, attendees go through a therapeutic series of breathing, massage, and other movements designed to help alleviate muscle stiffness, inflammation, and back pain. Sessions begin with a breathing exercise to improve the flow of oxygen throughout the body, followed by treatment with the Backhealer ball. Applied to specific muscles and soft tissues, the ball creates pressure that ultimately helps to expel waste from the muscles.
