The trainers at Truth Fitness and Health take a wide range of approaches to their clients' wellbeing. They lead individuals, small groups, or larger groups (although 12 people is as large as a fitness class gets) in workouts, but they also teach functional movements and how to prevent injuries, as well as supplementing kids' sports practice with athletic conditioning sessions. In individualized, private sessions, a client's health history, movement patterns and posture is assessed.
