Helpful staff

As I am enjoying membership at a different gym, I am more interested in aqua exercise which my regular venue can't offer. I would really like a chance to come for anything in the pool once a week only, but the monthly fees are too high just for that, as is the individual pool visit. A chance for a block of ten visits prepaid at a discount compared to the individual entrance fee would be appreciated by many.

I was not able to take full use of the Groupon, because I needed to start slowly due to old injury. So did not get to participant in all of the exercise classes I was hoping to. I did get a chance to drop in to the yoga, swimming pool and body blast classes which were good. But due to a previous injury and having to start out slow, it would be less expensive for me to do drop in classes than to sign up for full membership until I am able to take full advantage of other classes as well. I think other start up options should be available for members who need to start slow. I think the additional building fee of $75.00 upfront could be implemented in a better way. Maybe spread out over several months period to membership fee. I was a member of the Y several years ago and they had more options then.

I wish they gave you the option when using your Groupon to pay the additional $10 a month you can on a normal membership to have towel service and access to the sauna. Next month when I am a normal member I can and will pay this $10 extra for that service, but on the Groupon they don't give you the option. I don't really see why. I would love to have the service now and am happy to pay for it - just take my $10 :)

Move the elliptical trainers with the tv screens to the second row of machines, away from the windows with the view. MAKE THE tvs screens moveable so we have a choice! they block the view and are claustrophobic. Not everyone wants them.

I was glad to get this groupon promotion, because I am retired on a fixed budget, and I hope there will be more in future.thank you!
