What makes it beautiful: This is one of our favorite brunch photos, because it illustrates the best and most difficult part of brunch: deciding between something sweet or something savory. Up top, the french toast is stuffed with mascarpone and dressed with salted caramel, strawberries, and coconut. The bottom dish puts a twist on a brunch classic with corncakes, chili-lime hollandaise, and cotija cheese.

What makes it beautiful: Between the warm colors of the tomyum tomato stew, the creaminess of the poached egg, and the soft crumbles of mild goat cheese, that crusty slice of bread is just begging to be plunged into the depths of this dish. Plus, it all looks like a pillow in a skillet: super comforting.
