Who throws the most sophisticated saint's day party, the Irish or the Welsh? (Hint: it's not the guys with green beer.) You're probably familiar with the green-colored depravity that parades through large cities every March 17, but did you know that another Celtic saint’s feast day is celebrated every March as well? On the first of the month, the Welsh honor St. David with similar revelry and enthusiasm for bland food. We took a close look at each celebration's traditions and modern manifestations to see which Celtic country throws the classiest party.
