How to Dry Brush
You can shower before or after you dry brush but when you do so will affect the technique. If you choose to use oil on the brush head (instead of right onto your skin), be sure to shower beforehand. Here's how to dry brush:
- Start at your feet and brush upwards (toward your heart) in large, circular motions.
- Do the same for your arms, beginning with your hands and making it all the way to your shoulders.
- Work counterclockwise on your stomach.
- Do this for 3-5 minutes a couple of times a week to get the best results.
